We do not host content
PyroGlow is a discovery catalog. We do not upload, host, store, or transmit any video files on our servers. All media is served by independent third-party providers. Because the files live on those external services, the most effective way to have material removed is to contact the host that is actually storing it.
Submitting a notice about an indexed link
If you believe a link or listing indexed on PyroGlow points to material that infringes a copyright you own or represent, you may send us a written notice including all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific PyroGlow URL(s) or listing(s) at issue so we can locate them.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
How to reach us
Send complete notices through the contact channels listed on our About page. Valid, complete notices concerning listings we control will be actioned promptly. Incomplete notices may not be actionable.
Counter-notice
If you believe a listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed listing, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
